Colored eyeliners are the best when you want a toned-down look that isn’t generic. :D I use colored liners from Kleancolor which are creamy and can’t be more than $1, and I also use NYX’s Studio Liquid Liners which come in a small range of metallic colors but can last all day without smudging even through sweat. These are around $4.50 each.
